Online School Surveys

Parent Feedback Survey

Beginning Monday, April 23rd, Park City School District will be administering online school surveys. All parents or guardians are invited to participate. The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback about teachers, principals, and schools. Responses are anonymous and no personal information is collected. Results will be given to teachers and administrators and used to improve classrooms and schools. The surveys take about 10 minutes. This survey will be open from Monday, April 23rd through Friday, May 11th.

You may take the survey on any computer or device that has web access. You are also welcome take the survey on a school computer. The survey is available in English and Spanish.

2018-19 Online registration for Kindergarten

Online registration for students entering kindergarten for the 2018-19 school year is available. State law requires students to be age 5 by Sept. 1.

The registration process includes providing the school secretary with the following required documents:
– Current immunizations
– Vision screening for kindergarten students
– Proof of residency is required every year
- Guardianship papers
– Name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
– Copy of student's birth certificate

Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school. Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system.

Dear Parent/Guardian:
Your 2nd grade student recently participated in a cognitive ability screener. This information is used for informational purposes in connection with our Park City School District PACE (Program for Academic Talent and Enrichment) Program. The Park City School District PACE program is a school wide enrichment model that offers enrichment service to all students in a leveled service model. Please see the district website for more information on the leveled service model.

Registration for Current School Year • 2017-18

New Student Registration

2017-2018 new student registration is now open for Elementary Schools only. You will be able to register your students in grades 6-12 starting in June 2017.

If you are new to Park City School District or were not an active student at the end of last school year, please complete the new student online registration by clicking on the link below. Your child must be 5 on or before September 01, 2017 before you can enroll them in Kindergarten. There are no exceptions to this as it is State law.

If your student is attending Park City School District Pre-School please do not fill out the New Student Registration, your student is currently enrolled.

Once you have completed the online registration you need to bring the necessary documentation to your child’s school to complete process of registration.
