PCSD Parent Stakeholder Survey

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Your child’s school district will be administering online school surveys. All parents or guardians are invited to participate. The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback about teachers, principals, and schools. Responses are anonymous and no personal information is collected. Results will be given to teachers and administrators and used to improve classrooms and schools. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

5K Fun Run/Walk with your School Nurse

Walk with your School Nurse

Thursday, May 2

Please join the Utah School Nurse Association in our first 5K fun run/walk to raise awareness of the benefits of having a school nurse.  As many of you know Park City has a school nurse in all of their buildings everyday.   And many of you are aware of the benefits of having a school nurse in the building to assist your student with health needs.  Please join us in educating Utah on the benefits of school nursing.

Location:  Quinns Sportex 600 Gillmor Way, Park City School District

Time:  3:30 Registration/T-Shirt pick up.  4:15 Fun run/walk

Cost:  $30 family (1 Adult & 2 Children under 12), $20.00 Adult

*Register before April 19th to get t-shirt

Únase a la Asociación de Enfermeras Escolares de Utahen nuestra primera carrera / caminata de 5 kilómetros para crear conciencia de los beneficios de tener una enfermera escolar. Como muchos de ustedes saben, Park City tiene una enfermera escolar en todos sus edificios todos los días. Y muchos de ustedes están conscientes de los beneficios de tener una enfermera escolar en el edificio para ayudar a su estudiante con las necesidades de salud. Únase a nosotros para educar a Utah sobre los beneficios de la enfermería escolar.

2018-19 New Student Registration

Online registration for students entering kindergarten for the 2018-19 school year is available. State law requires students to be age 5 by Sept. 1.

The registration process includes providing the school secretary with the following required documents:
– Current immunizations
– Vision screening for kindergarten students
– Proof of residency is required every year
– Guardianship papers
– Name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
– Copy of student’s birth certificate

Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school. Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system.

Drop off AM
No parking on the red curb at MPES.
Please have kids exit at curbside and depart immediately.
If you would like to walk your child to class, please park at Treasure Mountain and use the cross walk.

Pickup, PM
If you intend to exit your car, please park at Treasure Mountain. No idling or parking at curb. To avoid traffic congestion, please park at Treasure Mountain.
Please do not block the road.
