McPolin Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences will be October 1st– 12th, 2018

To give greater flexibility in scheduling parent-teacher conferences, McPolin Elementary has now made conference schedules available online. Parent online sign up below will start September 24th, 2018 and run until midnight September 29th, 2018. Parents will have the opportunity to access their teachers’ conference calendars and schedule a convenient conference time.  If you have not made an appointment by September 29th, 2018, teachers will pick a time for you and notify you in a take-home note or email just prior to the conference period.

The school welcomes you to come in and use one of our computers if you do not have internet access at home or work.  Alternatively, you may access the Internet via the computers at your local library.

Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to efficiently schedule your appointments.  Remember, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You will be receiving the easy to follow instructions from your child’s teacher.


2018-19 New Student Registration

Online registration for students entering kindergarten for the 2018-19 school year is available. State law requires students to be age 5 by Sept. 1.

The registration process includes providing the school secretary with the following required documents:
– Current immunizations
– Vision screening for kindergarten students
– Proof of residency is required every year
– Guardianship papers
– Name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
– Copy of student’s birth certificate

Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school. Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system.

Please have kids exit at curbside and depart immediately.
If you would like to walk your child to class, please park at Treasure Mountain and use the cross walk.

If you intend to exit your car, please park at Treasure Mountain. No idling or parking at curb. To avoid traffic congestion, please park at Treasure Mountain.
Please do not block the road.
