Parent-Teacher Conference Sign Up

Parent-Teacher Conference Sign Up

McPolin Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences will be online:

February 1st – February 12th, 2021.

To give greater flexibility in scheduling parent-teacher conferences, McPolin Elementary has conference schedules available online. Parent online sign up, below, will start January 25th and run until midnight February 5th, 2021. Parents will have the opportunity to access their teachers’ conference calendars and schedule a convenient conference time.  If you have not made an appointment by February 5th, 2021 teachers will pick a time for you and notify you via email just prior to the conference period.

Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to efficiently schedule your appointments.  Remember, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You will be receiving the easy to follow instructions from your child’s teacher.

Las Conferencias de Padres y Maestros de McPolin Elementary serán en línea:

1 de Febrero – 12 de Febrero de 2021.

Para dar mayor flexibilidad en la programación de las conferencias de padres y maestros, la Escuela Primaria McPolin tiene horarios de conferencias disponibles en línea. La inscripción en línea para padres, comenzará el 25 de Enero de 2020 y durará hasta la medianoche del 5 de Febrero de 2021. Los padres tendrán la oportunidad de acceder a los calendarios de conferencias de sus maestros y programar una hora conveniente para la conferencia.  Si usted no ha hecho una cita para el 5 de Febrero de 2021, los maestros elegirán una hora para usted y le notificarán con una llamada telefónica o por correo electrónico justo antes del período de la conferencia.

Kindergarten Enrollment

Park City School District’s Kindergarten Enrollment WILL BEGIN ONLINE for the 2021-22 school year on MARCH 1st.

Students must live in the Park City School District Boundary to enroll. Use this link to check which is your boundary school: PCSD School Site Locator

Students must be 5 years old on or befo­re September 1.

You will need the following required documents to upload during the online enrollment:

  1. Student’s Birth Certificate.
  2. Student’s Immunization Record (your student will not be able to attend unless they are current on all required immunizations or have an Immunization Waiver on file with the district.) IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
  3. Proof of Residency Requirement Form, with 3 forms of approved Proof of Residency. PROOF OF RESIDENCY FORM
  4. Completed Vision Screen Form. VISION SCREENING CERTIFICATE
  5. Custody Documentation (if parents are divorced or the child is not living with a parent.) GUARDIANSHIP

MPES Parking Information

Drop off AM No parking on the red curb at MPES. Please have kids exit at curbside and depart immediately. If you would like to walk your child to class, please park at Treasure Mountain and use the cross walk. Pickup, PM If you intend to exit your car, please park at Treasure Mountain. No idling or parking at curb. To avoid traffic congestion, please park at Treasure Mountain. Please do not block the road.
